How much is it? Is this a subscription?

Is my client data safe?
Treat Claude like any tool that touches client files: use a paid Claude account, turn off model training in Settings → Privacy on day one (the course walks you through this), and follow your agency's rules on PII. Anthropic publishes SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance in its trust center. Claude only sees what you point it at. It drafts; you review and send.
Does it work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?
Yes. The course covers connecting Gmail or Outlook, plus OneDrive and SharePoint where your team uses Microsoft. Several agency owners on the demo calls asked this first; it is a core lesson, not an add-on.
Is it only ACORD forms?
No. ACORD auto-fill is the hook most people book a demo for, but the course covers renewals and remarketing, policy comparisons, lead research, inbox drafts, carrier portal work, skills your team can reuse, and scheduled routines. If Applied or your AMS already prefills ACORDs, the value is everything around that: renewals, appetite matching, email, and repeatable recipes.
Which ACORD forms? Can I export a real PDF?
The included skills cover common commercial forms like the 125, 126, and 140. Claude fills a real fillable PDF you can download and edit. If export is a deal breaker for your workflow, the demo call is the right place to confirm your form types before you buy.

The desktop version of Claude with file and browser access. That is where the heavy agency work happens: connected folders, skills, and multi-step tasks. The lessons walk you through setup on Mac or Windows.
We're a team. One account or one per person?
Claude is priced per person, not one shared login. The course teaches one owner or ops lead to build skills and connectors, then roll the same recipes out to the team. Ben can talk through a seven-seat rollout on the setup call.
Do you build custom Zapier or AMS integrations for us?
The course teaches you how to connect Claude and build skills. Ben answers questions by email and on the free setup call, but this is not full implementation consulting. If you need a custom Semsee → ACORD → AMS pipeline scoped and built, that is a separate conversation after you understand the fundamentals.
