What do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC with HawkSoft 6, and Claude Desktop on a paid Claude plan. FreeBird does not run on a Mac.
How much is it?
$399 one-time for the AI for Insurance course, and FreeBird is included. No monthly fee to WhereToBegin.ai. Your Claude plan is billed separately by Anthropic.
Will Claude change things in HawkSoft without asking?
No. FreeBird checks HawkSoft first, Claude shows you the plan, and nothing changes until you say yes. Look-ups, like a renewal date or a renewal report, only read, so they run without approval.
Does my HawkSoft data go to WhereToBegin.ai?
No. FreeBird runs on your PC and connects Claude to your HawkSoft. What it reads for a request is shown to Claude in your conversation, under your agency's Claude plan. The only thing FreeBird sends to WhereToBegin.ai is a device ID, the PC's name and the FreeBird version, to check the licence.
Can my whole team use it?
