Do my employees need to be technical?
No. Every lesson is a conversation. If your team can write an email and read a reply, they can take a lesson. There's no code, no dashboards to navigate, no jargon. Claude does the teaching, in plain English, and adjusts to your team's pace.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same product, two ways to pay. Monthly is $49 per seat per month, billed monthly, cancel any time. Annual is $470 per seat per year — that's $39 per seat per month equivalent, a 20% discount, and saves $118 per seat per year. Most agencies that try the platform end up switching to annual after the first month or two; if you're confident your team will stick with it, prepay and pocket the savings. Annual plans don't auto-renew without your approval.
What if an employee leaves and we need to give the seat to someone else?
Seats are reassignable. You revoke the old employee in your owner dashboard, and the freed seat is ready for whoever you want next. The new person runs the activation command, and they're in. No refunds, no waiting period, no calls to support.
Is our agency's data going into AI training?
No. Anthropic has a clear no-train policy on inputs from paid Claude accounts — they don't use your conversations to train models. You can read their privacy policy here. The lessons themselves also teach safe handling: what to paste in, what to never paste in, and how to redact PII before sharing a document.
What if an employee leaves halfway through a lesson?
Progress is tracked server-side, not in a single chat. They pick up exactly where they left off — on any device, in any new chat, by saying "resume my last lesson." Nothing is lost when a chat closes or a laptop dies.
Does Claude know our specific carriers and appetites?
No — and the lessons teach why that's the right design. Claude doesn't know your appetite for habitational risk in California, and we don't want it to guess. The curriculum teaches your team how to give Claude the context it needs (a DEC page, a carrier guideline, a renewal history) so the answers are grounded in your actual book, not in something it made up.
Can we white-label this for our agency?
Not at the seat level. The standard $49/seat plan is the WhereToBegin.ai-branded experience. White-labeled deployments — with your agency name, custom lessons, or carrier-specific tracks — are available as enterprise. Email ben@bencanhelp.com if you have 25+ seats and want to talk about it.
What about HIPAA and state DOI compliance?
We don't store your policy data, your client data, or your transactional records. The platform stores three things: your seat list, lesson progress, and certificates issued. The lessons themselves spend real time on safe handling — how to redact NPI before sharing documents with Claude, what to never copy-paste, and how to set up team-level guardrails. State DOI guidance varies, so the curriculum gives your team the principles, not legal advice.
