Why I made this.

Hi — I'm Ben.

Over the past while, I've taught more than 100 business owners, one-on-one, how to actually use Claude Cowork. Hundreds of hours of calls.

Then I did something a little obsessive: I took the transcripts of every one of those calls and looked for the pattern — the handful of things that made people finally get it.

That became this course. Not a ten-hour marathon. Five short lessons, about an hour total — because I hate long courses, and I want this to be useful the same day you start.

Here's my personal promise: finish the five lessons. If Claude isn't saving you real time, I'll refund every penny. And if you're still stuck, I'll get on a 1:1 call with you myself — a $1,500 value — and walk you through it.

$29. Nothing to lose, and a coworker to gain.

— Ben Revzin

Learn Claude. Inside Claude.

Every lesson runs inside the Claude app itself — Claude is the teacher, the chat is the classroom, and the lesson adapts to your business, your files, your work. No generic tutorial. No talking head. Just you and Claude, the same way you'll use it after.

Lesson 1 running inside the Claude desktop app — Claude greets the learner, the wheretobegin-cowork-curriculum skill is loaded in the right sidebar, and the lesson reads 'I'm going to be your coworker through this, not a chatbot you poke at.'

What is Claude Cowork?

Claude Cowork is the desktop version of Claude AI — the version that can access your files, drive your browser, run multi-step workflows, and execute real tasks on your computer. Made by Anthropic.

Cowork is different from Claude Chat. Chat is a smart conversational tool — you ask questions, it answers. Cowork is a coworker — you give it tasks, it does them.

Inside Cowork, Claude can:

  • Read every file in a folder you give it access to
  • Create real Excel files, Word documents, and PDFs and save them to your computer
  • Drive your Chrome browser — open pages, fill forms, scrape data
  • Connect to your Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and other tools
  • Install skills — packaged instruction sets that specialize it
  • Run scheduled tasks in the background
Important: Cowork is desktop only. Mac and Windows. Phone Claude is Chat. iPad Claude is Chat. Only the Cowork desktop app actually does the work.

If you've ever

Opened Claude, typed "write me an email," and closed it
Felt like every AI guru on LinkedIn is selling vaporware
Watched a YouTube walkthrough and thought "okay but what now"
Paid for Claude Pro and used it twice
Done the same boring task for the 47th time

Julia thought Claude couldn't help her.

Julia runs a small cleaning company — four crews, a few dozen regular clients. Every Friday she sits down with a stack of job sheets and does the part of the work nobody pays you for: turning each sheet into an invoice, then writing the same email to every client — "here's this week's invoice, thanks again, let me know if we missed anything." Two, three hours. Every single week.

She told me Claude couldn't help with that. "It's too specific to my business," she said.

"It's too specific. It'll never get my invoices right."
— Julia, before

So I sat next to her. We opened Cowork and pointed it at the folder where her job sheets live. I said: "Read this week's sheets and draft an invoice for each client."

Ninety seconds later — every invoice built, every amount right, every client name correct. Then I said: "Now write the follow-up email to go with each one, in my voice." Claude drafted all of them. Julia changed two words and hit send.

Her Friday admin — the thing that used to swallow her whole afternoon — took about two minutes. She didn't lift a finger except to approve it.

She thought it'd save a few minutes. It gave her back every Friday afternoon2+ hours a week.

You're not learning AI. You're getting your week back. ↓

Why most people use Claude wrong.

Five rules separate the people who get hours of their time back by utilizing Claude correctly, versus the people who use it twice and quit.

01

Assume Claude can do it.

If a task is repetitive, ask Claude first.

02

If it's in a file, give it.

Drop it in the Cowork folder; Claude reads it.

03

Talk like a coworker.

No special phrases. Ask like you'd ask a person.

04

Speed up by slowing down.

Train Claude today; tomorrow goes faster.

05

Keep the human in the loop.

Claude drafts; you review and send.

Learning Cowork is like learning to cook.

Most "AI courses" try to teach you 500 use cases. That's not how anyone actually uses tools.

Real cooks don't memorize 500 recipes. They learn five fundamentals — heat, salt, fat, acid, time — and then walk into any kitchen knowing they can figure out dinner.

Cowork works the same way. You don't need 500 prompts. You need five fundamentals — the rules from the section above. After that, you can throw any task at Claude and figure out the rest.

Five lessons. Then you cook on your own.

Within just the first week of using Claude.

I don't know how I got through the work day before this.

— Sarah · insurance agency owner

I feel so silly because I've been using Claude for months and didn't realize how basic my use was. I feel like a super user now.

— Brianna · retail store co-founder

I can finally go on vacation. This is crazy.

— Ayla · operations manager, distribution facility

Quick answers.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can do this. You talk to Claude like a coworker — no code, no syntax, no special phrases.
What is "Cowork"?
The desktop version of Claude — the one with file and browser access. You'll need a Claude paid plan ($20/month, paid to Anthropic — separate from this course) to use it. The course walks you through setting everything up.
How long do lessons take?
8–15 minutes each. About one hour total for the first five.
Brand new to Claude?
Perfect. The free onboarding videos take you from zero to ready in about 10 minutes.
Is this a subscription?
No. $29 one-time gets you all five lessons forever. After Lesson 5 you'll get an email about the optional monthly subscription for ongoing new lessons — but that's separate, optional, and completely opt-in.
Will this work with my Gmail/Outlook?
Both. Lesson 1 asks which you use, and Lesson 5 sets up the connector.

You have to figure out how not to use it.
